At Six Sense, we show you how to increase your emotional intelligence.

What is emotional intelligence?

Emotional intelligence (also known as EQ) is our ability to recognize and understand our own emotions, and to use this awareness to manage behaviours and make effective decisions. These decisions can be personal or professional, but they show up in our everyday life.

Emotional intelligence is rooted in science; the brain processes sensory inputs that arise from any given situation and has to decide what type of reaction those sensory inputs will illicit from us.

Why emotional intelligence?

IQ isn’t the only measure of intelligence that matters anymore. A company's bottom line is impacted by much more than hard sales targets. Leaders and their teams need to be better educated on how to communicate effectively, manage a team, and recognize individual employee differences that contribute to a company’s productivity.

Why Six Sense?

At Six Sense, we increase productivity, retention, and positive culture through EQ-i 2.0 assessments, keynotes & webinars, and custom training and advisory opportunities. We are a certified administrator of the EQ-i 2.0.
