What is the EQ-i 2.0?
The EQ-i 2.0 measures emotional intelligence (EQ) and how it impacts interactions and performance in the workplace. The EQ-i 2.0 is the world’s most scientifically validated assessment for emotional intelligence and is a reliable assessment (it is recognized as a Level B psychometric assessment). The EQ-i 2.0 measures an individual's EQ by analyzing a specific set of competencies which are used to determine an overall score as well as a score for each competency.
Who can take it?
Anybody can take the EQ-i.20. It is available in three formats:
Workplace: Ideal for measuring the EQ in the workplace (i.e. front line employees, middle management)
Leadership: Ideal for measuring EQ of leadership, or potential leadership, and comparing an individual's results to those of other successful leaders (i.e. C-Suite, Senior Management)
Higher Education: Ideal for measuring EQ of students and how they apply their EQ in an educational environment (i.e. university students)
The EQ-i 2.0 is also available in as a Group Report and a 360-assessment for teams.
Who can administer it?
The EQ-i 2.0 can only be administered and debriefed by a certified professional.
It is an online self-assessment; after the assessment, you will receive your results report and a personalized debrief session by a certified EQ-i specialist.
